Assignments and weekly reports in a group

Assigning work

On Group → Assignments, the owner (or an allowed manager) picks a story, a part of a level or a level test, assigns it to the whole group or one person, sets a due date (up to 90 days) and a message. Members are notified right away and reminded once when less than 24 hours are left.

When it counts as done

No “done” button: a story → when you finish it; a part of a level → when you submit that part's check after it was assigned; a level test → when you submit that level test after it was assigned. The owner sees how many people finished each assignment and who hasn't.

Weekly report and leaderboard

Every Monday morning the owner gets last week's summary (in the app + email): who studied, total minutes, items newly Proficient, stories finished, assignments done. Turn it off in Group → Settings → Weekly report. Turn on the weekly leaderboard so the group sees who studied most (only when members can see each other's progress).
