- How do the plans differ?Free is enough to study every day; Plus unlocks every level and unlimited tests; Premium adds lots of AI credits.
- PaymentsPrepay per period with VietQR (payOS) or PayPal; no auto-renewal, no stored cards.
- Refunds within 7 daysWithin 7 days of paying, request a refund in Me → Plan & usage; light use gets 100% back, heavier use is refunded for the unused days.
- Upgrading, downgrading, renewingUpgrades credit your unused days; downgrades start when the current plan ends.
- Personal and group plans at onceChoose the plan in use; each plan has its own limits, they don't add up.
- What are AI credits?AI feedback on speaking, writing, and exam simulations uses your monthly AI credits; when they run out your work is still saved, just not graded.
- Renew several services at onceRenew your personal plan, group plans and AI add-on in one order, optionally aligning them to one end date.
- Add seats to a group mid-periodThe group owner can add seats any time and only pays for the days left in the group's period.
