Who is Vulpi?
💡 Vulpi is Echo's little fox assistant — it explains words, grammar and how to use Echo, and can check your own progress.
Hi, I'm Vulpi 🦊
Vulpi (say “VUL-pee”, from Latin vulpes = fox) is Echo Stories' little fox. Tap 🦊 Ask Vulpi at the bottom right of the learning area, in the Help center or on a knowledge item page. Tap 🔊 next to the name to hear Vulpi say hello.
What Vulpi can help with
- Words, phrases, idioms: meaning, usage, examples — ask in Vietnamese or English.
- Grammar: “what is the past continuous?”, “since or for?”… Vulpi explains briefly, gives examples, then asks you one
question so you practise yourself.
- Using Echo: plans, AI credits, groups, tests, installing the app… — answered from the help articles, with links.
- Your own learning: “how is my progress?”, “what should I review today?”, “when does my plan end?” — Vulpi only reads the
data of the account asking, and links to the screen with the details.
What Vulpi won't do
- No test / review answers and no ghost-writing — but it explains the knowledge so you can do it yourself.
- No topics outside learning English and using Echo.
- Never looks at or shares other people's data, and never changes your account (it gives you a link to do it yourself).
AI credits
Each answer uses about 1 AI credit. Questions Vulpi declines or can't answer cost nothing. Questions about using Echo are usually answered in the guides — search there first (free) and keep your credits for speaking, writing and pronunciation feedback.
When Vulpi has no answer yet
Your question is logged (without your name or email) so the Echo team can write a new guide. When an article answering it is published, you get a notification with the link. Chat history isn't stored on the server — reloading the page clears it.
