Refunds within 7 days
💡 Within 7 days of paying, request a refund in Me → Plan & usage; light use gets 100% back, heavier use is refunded for the unused days.
How to ask
Go to Me → Plan & usage → Refunds (within 7 days of paying), tap Request a refund and tell us why. We send a confirmation email — open it and click Confirm refund within 48 hours; until you confirm, the request isn't processed (can't find it? check Spam / Promotions).
How much you get back
- Light use (few new lessons, listening minutes and AI credits since paying) → 100% back.
- Heavier use → refunded for the unused days (e.g. 30-day plan, 6 days used → 24/30 back).
You see the estimated amount when you request it. That order's plan stops once the refund is approved.
How long it takes
We review requests within 1–3 business days. Once approved, the money goes back to the account you paid with (the bank account used for VietQR, or PayPal) within 2–5 business days.
Not received / questions
Still nothing 5 business days after approval? Reply to the “Refund approved” email, write to our support email or message the Echo Stories Facebook page (listed at the bottom of the Refunds card).
